Its many projects include office buildings, apartment buildings, multi-family units, assisted living facilities, and industrial structures for St. Cloud and surrounding areas with recent expansion into Minnesota, North Dakota. South Dakota, Wisconsin, and Iowa.

Jeff Drown of Minnesota has a multi-faceted background with over 20 years of strategic management experience in complex real estate transactions, financing, and construction.
